Wireless and batteryless switches and sockets.
The easy way to switching your lights on.
Quinetic is a new system where you can turn your lights on and off from anywhere in your home or garden. It may be you have lights at the bottom of the garden but don't want to spend all the money on running a cable to the house to switch them on and off. This system gets over that. No batteries, no wires and no need for Wi-Fi. The Quinetic wireless switch has a built-in micro energy generator. The action of pressing the switch, generates enough kinetic energy to create and transmit a radio signal to a receiver (wireless controller) and switch on/off the lamp or other loads. Quinetic technology can solve a lot of your problems and it doesn't stop at just light switches.

EICR Certificates (Electrical Installation Condition Report) are more commonly referred to as home buyer's surveys or landlord reports. A full electrical inspection is required when a property is being prepared for letting and is recommended when selling or buying a property. Following an inspection, we can then issue an electrical condition report detailing any non-compliance with current regulations.
An EICR is like an MOT for your homes fixed electrical system and a staple of keeping you safe and switched on. It is great way to understand the state of the electrical installation of your home.
Any issues found will be coded according to the severity of the potential problem:
Code 1 – Danger Present, risk of injury, immediate action required
Code 2 – Potentially Dangerous – Remedial action required
Code 3 – Improvement recommended
An EIC (Electrical Installation Certificate) is issued when you have a new consumer unit, rewire/partial rewire or one or more new circuits installed.
A Minor Work Certificate can also be issued following work done to alter existing circuits.
